Picking up where the recent in-depth feature I wrote on Vedangi Kulkarni and her mission to be the fastest woman to circumnavigate the planet by bike left off, “One More Lap Around The World” is a new six-minute video from Tailfin that further explores her story and examines the gear she’s using for her 29,000-kilometer ride.

In it, we meet the charismatic young cyclist from India and hear of her 2018 world record attempt and the lessons it taught her, learn more about the logistical complications of having an Indian passport as it pertains to traveling abroad, find out what motivates Vedangi to take on such challenges, dive into the story of how she built the confidence to pedal the planet through smaller adventures closer to home, and get her advice for anyone considering taking on a big challenge.
Vedangi is currently riding along the southwestern coast of Australia and is roughly 3,000 kilometers and one month into her inspiring journey. You can find additional details in my article linked below and over on the Tailfin blog, including a list of her gear.
