Part four of our Sea Otter Classic coverage opens by showing off an exciting giveaway bike we announced a week or so ago—the Surly Karate Monkey decked out with Wheels Manufacturing components—before diving into another packed roundup of product launches and prototypes. That includes smaller builders like BTCNH’ unveiling their first production bike, the chromoly Alpina hardtail, built in collaboration with Cameron Falconer and designed to make USA-made frames more accessible.

There’s also some interesting new bikepacking gear on center stage. Revelate Designs shows us a full overhaul of their top tube bags, extended-capacity designs, and a new handlebar cradle system. Restrap expanded its Switch ecosystem with a 15-liter waterproof rack bag and introduces a lightweight hydration vest aimed at performance-oriented riders.

The video rounds out with a mix of cutting-edge tech and refined classics. Sage teases its first full-suspension titanium bike, utilizing 3D printing to unlock the design, and Look debuts its G85 gravel bike alongside dual-sided pedals built for both performance and casual riding. Other highlights include Look’s gravel pedals, “electrochromic” eyewear from Povec, performance-oriented merino apparel from Pinebury, and an all-new RLT 9 Steel from Niner Bikes.
