Daniel has been mountain biking in some form or another his whole life. He’s always been fascinated with how trails and roads can be woven together to connect communities. Daniel brought this to life with the creation of the Cohutta Cat route and scouting portions of the Eastern Divide Trail. He loves meeting and working with other route designers around the world, sampling their artistic interpretation of how a route is created and the story it tells. As a has-been bikepacking racer, Daniel now lives in Brevard, NC and gets out on every type of adventure ride he can, near and far.
