Mike Curiak

LaceMine29

Bikepacking Routes Ambassador

During his 17 year race career, Mike Curiak pushed the limits of how far the human body can go on a mountain bike.

He's raced in multiple iterations of Alaska's insanely brutal Iditaraces, and won several. He helped organize the first Great Divide race, won the Kokopelli Trail Race, and is a nominee for the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame. Curiak has since retired from racing but still takes on arduous trips that involve multi-day bikepacking, packrafts, and remote places. Mike also runs his wheel building business, LaceMine29.
