2026 Great Rift Dirt Tour Grand Depart: RALLY on the RIFT

Rally on the Rift is a two-part ride and event. You are invited to participate as much or as little as you’d like in this community-focused adventure!

The Grand Depart is a 5-day community adventure ride through the present-day Craters of the Moon National Monument & Preserve, following the 285-mile Great Rift Dirt Tour route. The remoteness of the region and long stretches without water make this an advanced route. Self-supported riding and navigation skills are necessary to complete the full loop.

We’ll roll through small towns with good food, kind folks, and necessary supplies. We’ll tour rugged terrain, enjoy the solitude of Idaho’s high desert, and the company of good people. Everyone is encouraged to ride at their own comfortable pace, although typically we end up camping together most nights.

Everyone is welcome! However, sign-up for EACH part is limited to 20 participants. If you would like to participate in this event without taking on a 5-day tour, join in for the weekend fun ride and campout on June 13th & 14th!
