La Baroudeuse is a self-supported bikepacking event that explores France, the Maritime Alps, and Italy between Ligurie and Piémont. The 2021 event offers even more distance options ranging from 317km to 1000km.

La Baroudeuse Unpaved Race is an ultra-distance and unsupported cycling race in mountain, in one of the most beautiful regions of Europe. At 80% unpaved and 20% of small secondary roads, the event propose 3 distances: Maximus Race – 317km for cyclists who wish to discover the bikepacking and escape the time of a long weekend, Quintus Race – 650km to live a very intense adventure over a few days and finally the challenge Augustus – 1,000km for the seasoned cyclists.

You will cross the Gorges du Verdon, the National Park of Mercantour, the National Park of Ecrins, the Natural Park of the Baronnies Provençales, the Mont Ventoux. You will evolve on your MTB or Gravel bike. The mountains will allow you to travel over varied landscapes of incredible richness through alll the well-known and respected passes by all cyclists. You will evolve through an incomparable fauna and flora and breathtaking panoramas.
