The Servatius Bikepacking Weekend is a small scale (max 50 participants), 3 day self-supported bikepacking adventure aimed at beginner & intermediate bikepackers. It takes place around the beatiful border area of The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. It is definitely not a race, so feel free to ride alone or team up with your fellow bike packers along the route. Since the ride is self supported you do have to carry your own camping equipment and additional food & water. The organization will provide you with a GPX file of the full route, senic camping locations & a hot meal on day 1 & 2.

This year’s route will be totally renewed and visits the Belgium Hoge Kempen, the German border area around De Meinweg and Brunsummerheide and finishes with of loop of the famous Dutch mountains in Zuid Limburg. The total route is a bit over 300km, nicely spaced over 3 days. The start is traditionally at the Vrijthof in Maastricht, right in front of the Basilica of Saint Servatius. The finish will be on top of Maastricht’s Saint Pieters berg.
