From the Atlantic coast to the Mediterranean Sea, climbing some of the most mythical and challenging passes in the Pyrenees such as the Aubisque, the Tourmalet or the Gavarnie.
The route has a length of 1,124km with 28,000 m of positive vertical drop. It includes a total of 34 passes, the highest of which is this year’s guest of honour, the Col du Tentes (2,141m). This edition will recover a large part of the route along the southern slopes of the Pyrenees, with 50% of the route in Spain and 10 border crosses A mix of big mountain passes and small peaks, general and secondary roads, including some small and smooth gravel sections (4 sections covering 19kms in total).
