The Veneto Trail is an unsupported bikepacking adventure, designed for mountain bikes, that will take you from the Po Valley to the Dolomites all across the Veneto region (NE-Italy). The 2023 route (8th edition) is a mix of doubletrack gravel roads, rocky sections and rooty singletrack with the least amount of tarmac and it’s 500km long with 10,000m of elevation gain. All pretty mountain-bike’esque, but for the hard-ones probably still enjoyable with a monstercross dropbar-bike if needed – simply adjust your gearing for the steep ascents.
