The Veneto Trail is an self-supported bikepacking adventure, designed for mountain bikes, that will take you from the Po Valley to the Dolomites all across the Veneto region (NE-Italy).
The 2024 route (9th edition) is a mix of doubletrack gravel roads, rocky singletracks and secondary paved roads and it’s 500km long with 10,000m of elevation gain.
All the route is pretty mountain-bike’esque, but for the hard-ones probably still enjoyable with a monstercross dropbar-bike if needed – simply adjust your gearing for the steep ascents.
