Winter Epic 2023

Winter Epic is born out of the biggest and hardest Baltic unsupported bikepacking challenge called “Hydra Epic” and is the third event of “Epic” kind. The idea is to ride in winter, without support from aside, sleeping and overnighting in forest, when most of track is arranged through used forest and meadow roads.

The route was born out of admiration for the views of the most untouched forests in Lithuania, Labanoras and Gražutė, in winter, inspired by memorable winter rides in other wooded corners of Lithuania. The route is about 320 km long and has a 2400 m of ascent. Start and finish is in the same location.
