The 2023 Soma Wolverine A-Type was just announced and features flat mount brakes, thru-axles, an optional Chromoly steel fork, and a flashy Pumpkin Orange paint job. Check it out here…
According to Soma, the “original inspiration for the Wolverine was monster cross,” but it has evolved over the years to offer much more. It’s designed to be stable enough for loaded touring and off-road riding but sporty enough to be fun on pretty much any type of ride. The 2023 4.1 A-Type Wolverine has been updated with flat mount brakes on the frame and optional matching Chromoly steel fork. It has clearance for 700 x 45mm tires with fenders, uses thru-axles, features three bottle mounts, and has bosses for racks and fenders.
