The 2026 Cinelli Tutto Mini is a versatile steel mini-velo that spans the full spectrum of Cinelli’s history, from BMX to track bikes. With clearance for 2.5″ tires and 19 eyelets, the Tutto Mini looks like an interesting little bike. Check it out here…
According to Cinelli, the new Tutto Mini has “BMX attitude, gravel-ready geometry, and a steel frame that’s built to take whatever the city throws at you.” It features a Columbus Cromor steel frame, a matching segmented steel fork, sliding rear dropouts, and clearance for 20 x 2.5″ tires.
The Tutto Mini has a whopping 19 threaded eyelets, including rack mounts, downtube mounts, several bottle mounts, top tube bosses, and three-pack mounts on the fork legs. It uses quick-release axles, full external cable routing, a threaded 68mm bottom bracket, and a split seat stay for belt-drive setups. It uses post-mount brakes with 160mm rotors, a 31.6mm seatpost, and it comes in just two sizes: small or large.
The Tutto Mini is available in a timeless silver option or the new Mutant Silver, a blend of Cinelli’s classic Bootleg black and silver that shifts and changes with the light. Frame kits (frame + fork) start at €850 (~$1,000 USD), and complete singlespeed builds start at €1,500 (~$1,700 USD).
