Swift Industries is celebrating a decade of getting folks out for a night under the stars to celebrate the summer solstice each year, and the special 10th edition of the Swift Campout is nearly upon us! Join fellow bike campers from all over the world by pedaling out for an overnighter or weekend adventure this June 22nd and June 23rd. You’re invited to organize a ride of your own or join one of many solstice campouts led by Swift’s team of Navigators in various corners of the globe.
For our part, we’re happy to join in as a co-sponsor this year, and we’ll be teaming up with the Swift Industries crew to host and judge the Campout Video Challenge, which encourages participants to capture their experience in a 90-second video for a chance to win a prize package worth more than $3,000! It features a Wilde Rambler frameset and a heaping pile of goodies from Swift, Rapha, Ombraz, Feathered Friends, Wild Rye, Ripton, Heather’s Choice, Austere, BIKEPACKING.com, and Ride with GPS. We’ll share the winning entry and some of our other favorites in a post here on the site, and we can’t want to see what folks come up with!
To mark the occasion, Swift also just released a limited edition 2024 Campout collection that includes special versions of several popular bags, a mug, a bandana, a T-shirt, a water bottle, a coffee kit made in tandem with Coava Coffee, and more. Head over to SwiftCampout.com to register your ride, find complete details on the Campout Video Challenge, meet the Navigators, and browse the planning guide.
