Creating a titanium drop bar has been on Tyler of BTCHN’ Bikes’ mind for years now, and after showcasing one at the MADE Bike Show in Portland, it’s now available to the public. It’s a full titanium drop handlebar with 3D-printed corners that allow for ergonomic geometries that aren’t possible with traditional manufacturing processes. This also allows them to offer a wide range of widths and flare that are custom to your spec and made to order.

According to BTCHN’ Bikes, the titanium construction allows for a supple, comfortable ride quality. The top section of the bar is ovalized for a larger surface area, and it comes with lightweight 3D printed PLA ergo inserts that can be installed on the drops underneath the bar tape to your liking.
