We teamed up with Bedrock Sandals in Montana for our latest Collective Reward, and they’ll be giving a pair of Mountain Clogs to a couple of randomly selected site supporters. Learn more about this and around a dozen other prize packages here…

This one’s so nice, we’re doing it twice! Following a similar giveaway back in 2023, we’re hooking up two more members of the Bikepacking Collective with a pair of Bedrock Mountain Clogs in their choice of size, color, and material. That’s up to a $175 value for each winner. Cass and Virginia shared a two-in-one review of the Mountain Clogs when they were released, and they both had glowing things to say.

Several of us on the team have been wearing Bedrock Sandals for years now, and their various Cairn models have earned their place as a mainstay among bikepackers who ride in sandals. With each successive release, Bedrock has continued to impress us with their durable construction, all-day comfort, and commitment to repairability.

Featuring the same grippy sole and highly adjustable design, the same is true of the Bedrock Mountain Clogs. Plus, they add a little extra warmth and toe protection. Summarizing his review, Cass wrote, “I’d have no hesitation wearing the new Mountain Clogs… for big days on the bike, scrambles up to viewpoints, hike-a-bikes, and chilling out around camp with a coffee.” We hope our winning members get an opportunity to do the same in theirs.

Bedrock Mountain Clog Features

The synthetic and leather Mountain Clogs share several similarities and a handful of obvious differences. Both are made in South Korea and feature a Bedrock-exclusive Vibram Megagrip outsole, an anatomically molded cushioned PU footbed, a 16mm stack height, and a three-point adjustable strap system. They weigh around 12 ounces (340 grams) in a size 9. The synthetic version is available in Pinecone and Obsidian colors and has a Clarino Microfiber upper with a comfy polyester lining. There are also Nubuck Leather versions in Brown, Driftwood, and Obsidian, as well as Leather Suede versions in Sagebrush, Cascade Green, Deep Plum, and Birch Bark.
