The Mason Bokeh was just redesigned with loads of updates, including more tire clearance, three fresh color options, and a new carbon fork with even more mounting options. Learn more about the Mason Bokeh 3.0 and how to preorder one here…

According to Mason, their Bokeh gravel bike places an emphasis on being “competitively fast, lightweight, agile, an engaging ride quality, coupled with durability, dependability, and long-distance comfort.” The latest Mason Bokeh 3.0 maintains these traits but sees several updates and tweaks based on the feedback of thousands of dedicated customers and supported riders.

Some of the biggest changes to the latest model include improved Dedacciai Aluminium tubing, updated accommodation for 650b x 55mm (2.1”) or 700c x 45mm tires with room for mud, new top tube mounts, and a new Mason RangeFinder fork with stronger triple-pack mounts that can accommodate lowrider front racks.

What else is new?

  • Increased fork clearance without the need for chain stay yokes or heavy “drop-stays,” allowing for modern, large volume tires on wider rims.
  • Retention of the MASON MultiPort for adaptable cable and hose routing, optimizing fluid carrying capacity and bag space within the frame.
  • Shift cables and brake hoses routed internally through the Ø56mm ‘ThruBB’ shell, keeping them away from the tire and rear accessories, simplifying maintenance and cleaning.
  • Dedicated top-tube dynamo routing with reinforced ports for internal cable routing between front and rear lights.
  • Improved eyelet fabrication with compression fitting and 3M bonding for increased carrying capacity, durability, and protection against dirt, salt, and moisture ingress.
  • Optimized seat-tube sizes, particularly for the largest frames, to enhance core stability, power transfer, and durability.
  • Enhanced MASON design dropouts with smooth blending into the frame tubes, reducing stress-raisers and improving durability, stiffness, and power transfer. Increased heel clearance, precision flat-mount caliper mount, deep rack-mount eyelets, and easily replaceable hanger.
  • Uprated pre-paint corrosion resistance to enhance overall frame durability and longevity.

The Mason Bokeh 3.0 is now offered in three colors: Sensor Blue, Sepia, and Flare Orange. There are seven complete build kits to choose from, starting with the BOKEH 3.0 GRX-1x at £3,280 and the BOKEH 3.0 SRAM FORCE XPLR for £4,100 at the top end. The frameset will set you back £1,450 if you’re looking to build one up yourself.
