Premiering today, “To Be Free” is a new video series from Ortlieb that spotlights the spirit of adventure and self-sufficient travel. The program will share the stories of six unique characters from across the world of bicycle travel. Watch the kick-off video here…

Ortlieb’s new video series, To Be Free, explores the questions, “What does it truly mean to be free? Is it the open road stretching endlessly ahead? The wind on your face as you ride into the unknown? The silence of nature, broken only by your own breath?” Over the next months, their six-part program will introduce an array of adventurers, explorers, and dreamers, sharing motivations that drive them.

The introductory video above sets the stage, and the coming segments will introduce some new and familiar faces for readers of the site. Stay tuned for stories from Belén/Tristan, Passenger X, Nacho, Wilderness International, Wiebke, and Jasmine/Yannick. The new campaign pays tribute to folks who’ve broken free from routine and found their own paths, and we’re excited to follow along.
