After the first batch sold out almost immediately last year, Sklar is back with another round of pre-orders for the US-made Super Something Titanium gravel bike. Learn how to get yours here…
The steel Sklar Super Something remains one of the most comfortable and versatile drop-bar gravel bikes I’ve had the pleasure of testing. So, when Sklar announced a titanium version last year, I couldn’t resist feeling excited to see a lighter and more playful option. The first batch sold out almost instantly, but Sklar is back with another round of pre-orders, and there are only 20 available.
The Super Something Ti shares the same geometry as their flagship steel gravel bike, and Sklar’s founder, Adam, designed it to handle a wide range of conditions and riding styles, from day rides to loaded bikepacking trips. Made in small batches in California, the frames are crafted from CWSR 3Al/2.5V titanium tubing, feature 142 x 12mm rear and 100 x 12mm front spacing, a 27.2mm seatpost, UDH compatibility, clearance for 29 x 2.2″ tires, 2x drivetrain compatibility, and three bottle mounts. Other important things to note are that the Super Something Ti accepts a flat mount brake (160 front and rear), a 68mm BSA BB, EC34mm/44mm Headset, and external cable routing.

The framekits now include Sklar’s carbon fork in a nifty Atmospheric River Blue colorway, a fresh take on the standard black or grey forks out there. Complete builds are also available, and Sklar has three standard builds outlined on the website, but there’s also the option to go totally custom. Frames start at $3,599 USD, and pre-orders open at 10 a.m. PST today.
