Stinner Frameworks is expanding its business to include domestic contract manufacturing for the bicycle industry under the name Stinner Manufacturing. Learn more about this exciting new development here…
Aaron Stinner, owner and founder of Stinner Frameworks, has a long history of pushing things forward. He went from building a few frames for friends in 2010 to producing hundreds of custom bicycles just five years later. Early on, Aaron embraced a lean manufacturing strategy and steadily grew into one of the largest framebuilders in the US. As of this week, Stinner Frameworks is expanding operations to include domestic contract manufacturing for bicycle frames and components, targeted at brands looking to onshore their manufacturing.
Stinner Manufacturing has a dedicated production facility capable of producing 3,000 complete bikes annually and the ability to scale on demand. Services include design for manufacturing (DFM) and rapid prototyping, automated manufacturing, metal fabrication, finishing, and bicycle assembly. A few brands already working with Stinner include Zink Bikes, Sklar Bikes, Old Man Mountain, and others. We’re excited to see who else might jump on the opportunity to change to US-made frames and components, especially in light of Trump’s newly announced tariffs.
Stinner Manufacturing is accepting work for the 2025 and 2026 calendar years. Interested parties can request quotes and information at StinnerFrameWorks.com.
