Virginia, USA
By Jonathan Ramirez
This photo is from a fall bikepacking trip in Grayson County Virginia, when a group of us set out to experience the hidden gem of the region.
South Africa
By Anne Lesack
This was taken riding into and around the Tankwa Karoo for four days, our second stop on a multi-week bike trip in South Africa. It was an extremely quiet park, with the wide open desertscapes all to ourselves. The route was a mix of big skies, deep sand, strong headwinds, the brightest stars, and beautiful sunsets. This photo was taken approaching the one climb of the route and provided a beautiful backdrop to the setting sun.
France
By Boris Valat
Could be Kyrgyzstan, but it’s not. We were recently in France for a fun bikepacking trip through the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. We found this stunning valley after a lot of climbing, and it was worth all the effort.
Send Us Your Weekend Snapshot
We’ll be selecting three photos per week to feature in Weekend Snapshot. Send yours along for consideration, and if it’s selected, we’ll be in touch! Note: We prefer 3:2 ratio landscape-oriented photos.
