North Carolina, USA

The morning greeted us with cold and soggy weather. Here we are picking our way through the fog and mist below Blue Ridge Parkway. It can’t always be sunshine and daisies!

My first overnighter of the year. I was a little too early as there was still lots of snow beyond 1,700 meters above sea level, so I couldn’t complete the entire loop I’d planned on riding. Anyway, I found a beautiful camp spot with stunning views!
Wales

A shot from an overnighter this weekend around the Elan Valley and Tywi Forest in mid-Wales with pals Andy and James. The ride was 85 miles with 8,000 feet of climbing, 70% off road, and in beautiful weather! Not many resupply points and a night in a bothy.
Send Us Your Weekend Snapshot
We’ll be selecting three photos per week to feature in Weekend Snapshot. Send yours along for consideration, and if it’s selected, we’ll be in touch! Note: we prefer 3:2 ratio landscape oriented photos.
