We’ve all been there before. You complete an awesome trip, return home, and struggle to get back into a routine. And sometimes you even find it difficult to get back on the bike. Post-ride blues, as I like to call it. I can only imagine the struggle is that much harder for ultra-endurance racers who are continuously participating in challenging events, balancing work and life, and trying to maintain the desire to race. Movement is a new film from UK-based Fairlight Cycles that shares James Hayden’s long-term relationship with racing, how he found a more sustainable lifestyle, and the story of creating a new life with his family.
