PCR Gravier is an adventure cycling spin off of the French cycling club, Paris Chill Racing. The group gets together each year to attempt a week-long bikepacking trip. Last year, the crew of nine took on a 500 kilometer journey through beautiful Slovenia. According to PCR Gravier, making such a trip a success is no easy task. So, for future reference, they’ve developed a manual with eight crucial lessons for a quality trip. Watch it below, then scroll down for a few photos from the trip and a map of their route.

In recent years it has become particularly fashionable to hang too heavy saddlebags on too expensive bikes and to push your bike down too steep slopes. In this activity, a group of 9 promising youngsters is doing quite well, and is called the PCR Gravier.
