Created by Ride with GPS, the 2025 International Coffee Outside Day is returning for its fourth consecutive year. With gatherings in a number of major cities, there are prizes up for grabs, and you can participate in your own meetup from anywhere in the world. Learn more below…
In 2022, the folks over at Ride with GPS created International Coffee Outside Day—a global celebration of coffee, bikes, and community. Since then, they’ve partnered with people from 29 cities around the world to host annual meetups to brew coffee, win prizes, and make new friends. For those not living in a host city, they’ve created self-hosted gatherings, which require photo proof using the #CoffeeOutside hashtag. The 2025 International Coffee Outside Day is the fourth iteration of the event, and includes some great prizes for those getting involved.
The 2025 International Coffee Outside Day is on October 4th, although DIY meetups are also extended to the next day, October 5th. As in previous years, host cities around the world are organizing through specific groups, but participation in any capacity is straightforward. Simply ride to a designated area, make some coffee, and take some photos. At each hosted meetup, one deluxe #CoffeeOutside kit will be given away. To be eligible for a prize, you must RSVP to the event, record your ride, and upload a photo in the RWGPS app.
Prizes for this year’s International Coffee Outside Day include a wheelset from HiFi, carbon handlebars from PNW, bags from Swift Industries, coffee gear from MiiR, whole bean and instant offerings from Coava Coffee, Austere straps, and a Premium Ride with GPS subscription and water bottle.
