Hi, I’m Dan and I’m cycling from Alaska to Argentina! This is my 12th episode where, after some time off the bike to rest in South Lake Tahoe, I find myself with just 12 days to cycle 575 miles to Las Vegas in time to meet my dad. This part of my ride took me through some incredible places and challenged me in many ways, pushing my body to its limits and rewarding me with many unforgettable moments.
The journey had me climbing up mountains in the snow, crossing ice cold rivers, and carrying my bike across damaged trails. It took me along the stunning, jagged peaks of the Eastern Sierras, through the scenic Alabama Hills, and finally into Death Valley, before making it to Vegas just in time to meet my Dad.
