The new Camp Snap Pro (CS-PRO) builds on the original Camp Snap camera with no screen and no settings to mess with but features a 16-megapixel sensor for crisper photos and a Xenon flash for film-style lighting. Check it out here…

Camp Snap released its first camera two years ago, offering a low-tech alternative to modern cameras with a screen-free design, point-and-shoot functionality, and a nostalgic form and output. They’ve updated it a few times since then, and this summer, the CS-8 Digital Super 8 Camera was announced as their first video camera. We’ve been wondering what else they’re cooking up, and we now have our answer.

The new Camp Snap Pro (CS-PRO) retains the same simple, screen-free charm as the original but doubles the sensor size (from 8MP to 16MP), adds a powerful Xenon flash, and features four built-in vintage filters. Additionally, the memory card is now easier to access thanks to a latch-style door. Camp Snap includes a 4GB memory card, and the camera can capture up to 500 photos per battery charge, which can be topped up using the included USB-C cable. Photos can be transferred to a computer using the cable, or directly to a phone, providing it’s an iPhone 15 or newer (or a device that is USB-C native).
