Escape L.A. is a 290-mile bikepacking event highlighting the beauty, accessibility, and contrast of the public lands surrounding Los Angeles. More than 30 riders showed up to this year’s grand depart at the Santa Monica Pier earlier this fall. The Log Driver’s Waltz is an 800-kilometer bikepacking event through the Ottawa Valley of Ontario and Quebec’s Outaouais region.
