We all have our own motivations for riding bikes. For ultra-endurance cyclist Lael Wilcox, it’s about pushing her boundaries and inspiring women and girls to do the same. This summer, Lael has set her sights on breaking the Around the World Record in 110 days. Her goal is to pedal 18,000 miles across 22 countries and surpass the current record by two weeks. Learn more about Lael as she preps for her monumental effort in the second installment of “Why I ROAM,” a video series highlighting five of Wahoo’s sponsored athletes and the motivations driving their journeys.
