Old Man Mountain’s Loam and Gravel Society video series has showcased bikepacking in New Mexico, shredpacking in Utah, adaptive mountain biking in British Columbia, and more. It’s been a fun series to follow, and it’s about the wrap up with the eighth and final episode of the first season. In the concluding episode, host Karl Kroll heads to northern Nevada with his sister Katja for her fist bikepacking trip. Their challenging three-day ride offered vast views, water crossings, wild horse and pronghorn sightings, and all kinds of rocky and silty soil. Watch it below.

“Day three… I’m feeling pretty sore and tired, but really happy that Karl wanted to take me and is guiding me.”
