It’s available in two versions: direct-mount for M6 braze-ons on the seat tube and standard ring-mount for M3 bolts. The lights are made to work with the mounts made by Drust Cycles, but parts for those who want to fabricate their own are available through ALLYGN.

Cycling to Play a Gig on the Isle of Skye
To complement today’s feature, here’s a little journal video by Samuel Organ from the Isle of Skye featuring heavy wind and rain, incredible sunsets, sauna on the beach, seals, pints, and tunes.
Canyon ‘LUX ERA’ 32er Concept Bike
Canyon recently released a prototype of what they believe their version of a 32er might look like. With a front-end featuring a bi-plane cockpit reminiscent of the double-decker handlebar Canyon used on a previous generation of their Grail gravel bike, the LUX ERA 32er also has an inverted suspension fork, 32” wheels, and a computer integrated into the top cap. It’s a weird, completely theoretical concept bike, but it points to where one of the world’s largest bike companies is going.
Ryan Van Duzer Is Once Again Taking On the Divide
Ryan Van Duzer is once again taking on the Tour Divide. After partially completing most of the route in segments over the last few years and unsuccessfully joining the Grand Depart two years ago, Ryan is now attempting the full route on his own time. This video is the first in what he hopes will be a long series about completing the full Divide route.
Did TREK Leak its 32er?
TREK released a short documentary earlier this week featuring a conversation between John Burke, the current CEO, and Bevil Hogg—the man responsible for co-founding the company with Burke’s father. It’s an insightful look at the company and its history. But, at about 37:02, the camera briefly captures an interesting looking bike in the background. Carefully guarded by an employee, it appears like a rather large-wheeled bike. Could it be a TREK 32er? Who knows. Let us know what you think in the Conversation below…
Events Starting Soon
What to watch this weekend and bikepacking events starting soon…
Olympic 420 Adventure
The Olympic 420 is a bikepacking race that traverses the spectacular Olympic Peninsula via the Olympic Discovery Route. The route is comprised of old logging roads and trails that can be extremely wild and steep, and there are few opportunities for resupply. Seven riders are registered for live tracking at this morning’s grand depart. Follow along here.
The 360
The 360 is a 360-kilometer, non-stop gravel loop of London, a complete circumnavigation of the capital that never takes you more than 30 miles from Trafalgar Square. It’s big, it’s bold, and it demands commitment, starting in the early hours with just 24 hours to close the loop. The ride starts tomorrow morning, and you can follow the riders’ progress live here.
GCOR
GCOR is a 450-mile gravel circumnavigation of the Olympic Mountain Range in Washington State. The Olympics are a wild and remote region with old-growth rainforests, glacial-cut valleys, wild rivers, forgotten roads, and never-ending climbs. The race follows the Olympic GC bikepacking route, which uses an eclectic mix of gravel roads, forest roads, and singletrack to fully loop around the Olympic Mountains and provide a bucket-list experience for those who take it on. There are ten riders registered for live tracking, and they start their ride on Sunday.
Transpyrenees
Transpyrenees 2026 is an unsupported, one-stage road cycling challenge that traverses the vast and varied landscapes of the Iberian Peninsula and beyond. The route has a length of 1,124km and includes a total of 34 passes, the highest of which is this year’s guest of honor, the Col du Tentes (2,141m). There are nearly 350 riders participating in this year’s event, which starts on Sunday. Follow along live here.
BC Epic 1000
The BC Epic 1000 follows a mix of service roads, doubletrack, and singletrack along a good portion of the Trans Canada Trail. A 1040km route from Merritt to Fernie! There are over 60 riders participating in the 2026 grand depart, which takes off tomorrow morning. Follow along here.

Logan Watts: Sage and Saddles
I was chatting with someone earlier this week about Gunnison, Colorado, and it’s hard to believe that it’s been three years since we rode and documented the Sage and Saddles loop. As temperatures ramp up here in the southeastern United States, I’d love to be riding over those glorious passes this weekend!
Weekly Social
Some things we found around the ‘gram and elsewhere. This week, some folks having fun on the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon Loop and an interesting camp cooking tip…
