On the Tahoe Twirl, the greatest danger is your attention being sucked away from the trail by some of the most gorgeous and unique scenery you’ll ever see. There is something inherently satisfying about having fought our way out of the desert, over the mountains and into the basin. Even once you’ve seen Lake Tahoe like this, every vista gives you a new perspective. I don’t mean that poetically, or rhetorically, I literally mean it looks different and beautiful in a different way from every angle. A perfect challenge, and some of the best riding ever.
